Digital Datalink takes NO responsibility for any DATA LOSS or IMAGE LOSS during the repair, quotation or assessment of your phone/UMPC. It is recommended that all customers back up all important data for retention.

A $22.50 non-refundable Assessment Fee is payable for non-warranty repairs to facilitate a Quote. Assessment Fees are charged before quotations are released to customers. Any paid Assessment Fees will be deducted from the total repair cost on the unit if the quotation has been accepted and the repair is completed.

Liquid Damage units repaired at Digital Datalink will not be given any warranties. In addition, please be aware that if the attempted repair is unsuccessful on liquid damaged unit after going through an ultra-sonic cleaning process, the unit may not be returned in the same condition as it was.

All other repairs apart from liquid damage will carry a 3-month warranty for work performed, unless otherwise specified.

Digital Datalink will not take any responsibilities for any uncollected repaired or unrepaired units left longer than 3 months from the date that the customer is notified for collection.

Payment must be received in full upon completion of repairs.

Keeping Proof of Purchase (POP) is the responsibility of the owner/customer. Digital Datalink will not locate P.O.P on behalf of customer. It must be supplied together with faulty unit to be covered under warranty. Digital Datalink will not process any warranty repairs until the P.O.P is received.

A Returns Authorisation (RA) number must be generated for warranty repairs prior to sending the unit. Please note that we will ONLY entertain warranty repairs on handhelds purchased from us.

Should a repair job booked in under any kind of warranties, Digital Datalink and corresponding manufacturers reserve the right to make the final judgment on the approval of the warranty claim.

Digital Datalink does NOT take any responsibilities for any postage losts, nor any postage damages during transit. Ensure that the unit is packed appropriately before sending for servicing.
