Terms and Conditions for use of this Website.

1. Any prices or information appearing within this Website may be varied by the Digital Datalink (“the Company”) without notice to the Customer. We hereby reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions or misprints and accept no liability whatsoever and howsoever arising if any goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. All rights in any logo, trademark, brand-name or product name appearing within this Website are hereby strictly reserved and are strictly the property of each respective entity as they may appear herein.
3. Prices located herein this Website only applies to online shopping on this Website and does not apply to in store prices. However customers may elect to pick-up purchased goods from our Perth CBD store, when advised of date (usually within 3-5 business days).
4. Any and all sales, transactions, communications, interactions or transmissions whatsoever and howsoever arising out of any promotions, materials or information whatsoever appearing within or in any way related to this Website directly or indirectly, shall be strictly governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the Customer hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Payment

1. Payment for the Goods must be received by the Company in full prior to the physical delivery of Goods to the Customer, and the Customer must pay for any and all shipping and handling charges.
2. All Goods remain the property of the Company until all charges is paid in full. The Goods shall be at the Customer's risk as and from the time when the Goods leave the Company's premises.
3. The Company is entitled to recover (on a full indemnity basis) any and all costs, fees and charges (including legal costs) incurred in recovering the outstanding Balance Due. Further, and in addition to any right to which the Company may be entitled by law, it shall be entitled to charge an administration fee of $30.00 for any dishonoured cheques.
4. All rights, duties, liabilities, terms, covenants and warranties implied at law or pursuant to any State or Federal Legislation in respect of the Company and the Goods are hereby excluded to the extent that such exclusion is lawful. The Company hereby expressly excludes any and all liability for any personal injury, consequential loss or damage including loss of profit, business goodwill or anticipated savings, whatsoever and howsoever caused whether arising by the Company's negligence or by the direct or indirect use of the Goods by the Customer or any person claiming under the Customer in contract or in tort.
5. A Restocking fee will apply on any Goods returned within two (2) days of purchase, at the rate of 15% of the value of the Goods. No returns will be accepted after two (2) days of purchase. In any event, no returns shall be accepted unless the Customer provides the original Tax Invoice and the Goods are in the original condition as sold.
6.
